Crosspost collects various types of information, including personal information and usage data. The information we collect falls into the following categories:
Third-Party SDK's & Platform Integrations: Crosspost uses the official software development kits ("SDKs") and APIs provided by the social-media platforms you choose to connect—such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat—to enable posting, analytics, and account management features. When you link an account, those platforms may process your information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. By connecting a social-media account to Crosspost you also agree to the applicable platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We encourage you to review those policies, as their practices are outside Crosspost's control.
Crosspost uses the YouTube API to connect to YouTube and its services. Crosspost allows you to connect a YouTube channel to your Crosspost account, in which case we will access certain information from Google and YouTube regarding your account. We may collect profile ID, profile image, account cover photo, display name, access tokens, existing videos and shorts. This includes the details of your video and engagement data. This data will only be used by Crosspost to provide you with the service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties. More information can be found on Google's Privacy Policy. By using the YouTube integration via Crosspost, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke access to Crosspost using your YouTube data via your Google security settings page.
